It is an initiation to the activity and process of philosophical reflection as a search for a synoptic vision of life. Hence, this course provides basic understanding of the meaning, nature, and characteristics of Philosophy as a humanistic discipline, and, most importantly, the nature and dynamics of the human person.

This subject puts emphasis on how believers and followers of Christ understand themselves as a Church community, how they recognize and partake in their mission, and how they celebrate the Faith they have received. This subject covers two branches of Theology, namely, Ecclesiology and Sacramentology. It brings the students to a reflection on the essence of being a Church, and in turn to a meaningful celebration of the Christian Faith.
